MIG / TIG Welder

Velocity Sheet Metal is adding skilled MIG and TIG welders to our Selma shop. If you can lay a clean bead and read a print, let's talk.
What you'll do
- MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum
- Weld sheet metal, ductwork, and custom fabrication assemblies
- Work from shop drawings and weld symbols
- Grind, finish, and prep welds to spec
- Maintain quality and safety standards
What we're looking for
- 2+ years MIG and/or TIG welding experience (production or fab shop)
- Comfortable welding thin-gauge sheet metal and structural pieces
- Able to read prints and weld symbols
- Own basic hand tools and PPE
- Weld test required at hire
